ISO 17025

ISO 17025 is the internationally-recognised standard for Testing and Calibration Laboratories. It covers all the requirements that Testing and Calibration Laboratories must meet if they wish to demonstrate that they operate a quality system, are technically competent and are able to generate technically valid results.

Laboratories accredited to this standard can provide their clients with a measurable level of assurance.

We also hold Lab 51 extension to ISO 17025 for toxicology samples.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is the internationally-recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services an organisation supplies.

It prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that the needs and expectations of customers are met. It is designed and intended to apply to virtually any product or service, made by any process anywhere in the world.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is the internationally-recognised standard for environmental management systems (EMS), providing a framework by which organisations can continually improve environmental performance.

Certification demonstrates that we are taking proactive measures to minimise our environmental footprint, comply with relevant legal requirements, and achieve environmental goals.

ILAC

ILAC is the international organisation for accreditation bodies operating in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 and involved in the accreditation of conformity assessment bodies including testing laboratories (using ISO/IEC 17025).

Accreditation means that evaluators (testing and calibration laboratories, inspection, and certification bodies) have been assessed against internationally recognised standards to demonstrate their competence, impartiality, and performance capability.

This means that through the application of national and international standards, government, procurers, and consumers can have confidence in the calibration and test results, inspection reports and certifications provided.

Society of Hair Testing

We are members of the Society of Hair Testing. As such, we carry out all hair analysis in accordance with the agreed standards and best practice guidelines of this international scientific body.
